ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING. The St. Marys, Asdee G A A Clubs A G M will take place in the Community Centre on Friday January 9th with a starting time of 8pm. Nominations and Motions to be with the Secretary Mark O Hanlon not later than this Wednesday January 7th. This year like at all A G Ms the way is clear for anybody out there to contest any position in the club and at the moment there are two to be filled with vacansies for the position of both Treasurer and Coaching Officer up for grabs. New members are always welcome and if going forward for a position in the Club one must be present at the meeting otherwise it will be a wasted nomination. This is the rule and will be strictly adhered to. Everybody invited so come along and air your views all for the betterment of our club aged 29 years. The historic Munster Junior Cup will be on display.
MUNSTER FINAL SPONSORS. The curtain came down on all outdoor activities for the Club with the holding of our very successful victory social at the Listowel Arms Hotel recently where all players were presented with their Munster medals by Radio Kerrys, Tim Moynihan. As everybody knows when you are involved in a competition like this it takes a lot of travelling, preparation and hard graft that goes with it. Without doubt the job was made that much easier with all the sponsorship that came from within the club and beyond and as an acknowledgement to all those kind people and Clubs; St. Marys, Asdee would sincerely like to take this opportunity to thank everybody who gave so generously in helping St. Marys, Asdee prepare for their historic Munster Final victory. The following are the Sponsors who came on board for the campaign which included a number of individuals who wishes to remain anonymous.
