UNDER 16s    Asdee/Bally  4-7  Finuge  3-13. Played at Jack Walsh Park, Asdee on Wednesday last in Division 7 of the County League as both teams served up a cracking game of football with some excellent scores exchanged by both teams. Very little seperated the sides all through and at the break it was the home team who held a slender 1 point lead; 2-5 to 2-4. The same trend continued in the second half with score for score but unfortunately for Asdee/Bally they missed some good scoring opportunities coming up to the final whistle as Finuge held firm getting the necessary scores to claim a 3 point victory. Team and scorers;  Ciaran Griffin, Cathal Doran, Michael Hannon, Pa Carmody, Victor Flahive, Gavin Stack, Conor Carmody, 1-1, Josh Prendergast, Shay Doran, 1-1,  Liam Connelly, Antone O Connor, Liam Mulvihill, 2-4,Brian Murphy. 0-1, .Subs; Paddy O Neill, Gerard Mulvihill, Niall O Connor. Referee, Tom O Sullivan, Clounmacon.

Under 12  Asdee/Bally  1-3  Tarbert  5-25. Tarbert came to Walsh Park Asdee on Mondayevening last as firm favourites to take on the locals in the North Kerry Under 12 League and they justified that favourites tag with a resounding win over a weakened combination side. In fairness the home side battled to the end but could never come to terms with a bang on form Tarbert who really and truly had the game wrapped up at the interval when leading by 5-14 to 0-1.Team and scorers; Sean O Connor, Jack Hannon, Ross O Neill, Dan O Neill, Liam Hanrahan, Nancy Dee, Abby Collins, Ruby Keane, Grace Heffernan, Liam Walsh, Oisin Healy, 1pt, Patrick Mulvihill, 1-2, Roisin Fogarty, Cathal Byrne, Pauric Fogarty, Fionn Byrne. Referee, Pat Shannahan, Duagh.

GOLDEN GOAL Week 27  winner of the Golden was; Ned Morkan, “The Village”, Asdee which is in conjunction with upcoming Fixtures in both National Football and Hurling League and Championship. (Televised games)
