NORTH KERRY LEAGUE. Certainly the recent atrocious weather conditions we have been experiencing at the minute has taken its toll on the local G A A programme with games having to be called off due to unplayable pitches. Asdees North Kerry League Division 2; Round 1 tie due to be played at Jack Walsh Park on Sunday last was transferred to Willie Walsh Park, Knocknagoshel but so too was deemed unplayable which resulted on the game having to be called off to a later date. Now Asdee have had a back game against Ballylongford called off in Round 2 and with the Credit Union County League Round 1 games scheduled to go ahead on Sunday March 20th it would have been important for the preparation of the County League if these games could have been played. However its nobody fault and im sure all will fall into place as the year progresses.
