ALL IRELAND LADIES FINAL.

Even though they failed to finish the job on this occasion with the game going to a replay; we must congratulate  Mike “Tricky” Enright and his  Clanmaurice Ladies Camogie team and Management for a magnificent display in the All Ireland Junior Club Final that almost saw them overturn the pre match
favoutites  Raharney of Westmeath on Sunday last at Mc Donagh, Park, Nenagh County Tipperary which will once again be the venue for the replay with a starting time of 2pm on this Sunday December 1st..

No doubt Mike who has plenty experience of being in situations like this will plan ahead and hopefully that Ladies All Ireland Junior Club will arrive in the Kingdom come Sunday evening.  While some local supporters had divided loyalities this time round and didn’t attend the Bernard O Callaghan Memorial Senior Football Championship semi final in Listowel; Brosna v Ballyduff some instead did make the long trip tp McDonagh Park, Nenagh to support the “Tricky” trained Clannmaurice Ladies team.

Besides Mike;  Asdee had plenty local connections with Clannmaurice Ladies; with a playing member Jackie Horgan; as her mother Ann Collins, formarly of Craughdarrig, Asdee is married to well known St. Senans and Kerry footballer Johnny Horgan who was also  part of the backroom team;
