MUNSTER FINAL. For those of you who are contemplating travelling to the Munster Football Finals on Sunday July 5th should get in touch with Club Secretary Mark O Hanlon as soon as possible. As per usual fully paid up members will get priority.

SENIOR FOOTBALL CHAMPIONSHIP, Round 2. Shannon Rangers 1-20   St. Brendans 2-14. Well done to the Shannon Rangers Senior Footballers who had an impressive 3pt victory over a fancied St. Brendans in Round 2 of the Garveys Supervalue County Championship. Making his debut for Shannon Rangers was local star Martin Collins who impressed when introduced during the second half. The Shannonsiders will now take on Rathmore in Round 3 with a date and venue to be confirmed.                                                                                                                                                               UNDER 21 COUNTY FOOTBALL CHAMPIONSHIP, Round 1.    This Wed June 24 ,  7pm. – Extra Time; at Dingle Round 1; Dingle v Shannon Rangers.

COU NTY MINOR FOOTBALL CHAMPIONSHIP, Round 1.                                                                                               Wed July 8 @ 7pm. – Extra Time. Shannon Rangers v St. Kierans at O Rahilly Park, Ballylongford

 Players from the local St. Marys, Asdee will be involved with all teams.

COUNTY UNDER 16s. Asdee/Bally Under 16s got off to the perfect start to their County League campaign on Wednesday evening last atWalsh Park, Asdee where they defeated a fancied St. Pats, Blennerville on a score of Asdee/Bally 3-11 St. Pats Blennerville 2-11. In Round 2 they welcome Duagh/Ballyduff to Walsh Park at 7 30pm on this Wednesday evening.

Minor Leagues 

Asdee/Bally will be competing in Division 2 of the North Kerry Minor League which will be getting underway on Monday June 29th at 7 30pm  with an away game against Moyvane/Tarbert. The remaining teams in the Division are; Beale, Knocknagoshel/Brosna, Finuge, St. Senans

Format; 15/13 aside competition if the opposing team can only field 13 aside they must be accommodated.  Top two teams play in the final. If teams are tied on points then the original game result will stand.

FIXTURES.  Credit Union County Football League,  Round 7. Sat June 28, Asdee v Sneem/Derrynane, 7 30pm. New date for the County Novice Championship Semi Final against St. Senans to be confirmed.The McCarthys Insurance Brokers North Kerry League Division 2; Asdee v Moyvane will have O Rahilly Park, Ballylongford as the venue on Saturday 18th July.
