FUNDRAISER. Tickets are still available for the Clubs Annual Christmas
Draw. Last year there were over 15 spot prizes on offer but I suppose
the 1st prize of a Christmas Hamper worth over E100 will be the envy
of all the prize winners which was one last year by Brian Enright of
Dromerin, Ballydonoghue. To be in with a chance of  winning any of the
various prizes all you have to do is spend just E2 for 1 line or E5
which will give you 3 chances of winning.  Draw which will take place
at “Jack Js” Bar on this Friday December 23rd commencing at 10 30 pm.
Tickets are widely on sale at the usual local outlets and also by Club
members. Last years event was a hugh success and this is due to the
fantastic support the club has got from the local public and
surrounding clubs. So once again your continued support would be very
much appreciated and by joining the draw you could be running away
with some fabulous prizes.

CHAMPIONSHIP After a waiting game since 1992 that had many twists and
turns Ballydonoghue eventually won their 8th North Kerry Senior
Football Championship at a packed Frank Sheehy Park, Listowel on
Sunday last when they defeated St. Senans who were striving to collect
their first North Senior Championship Title. In fairness this was
something that was really needed in North Kerry Championship to see
two virtually new teams to this stage of the competition going toe to
toe; however the game itself was a huge disappointment as St Senans
just didn’t perform on the day and are a much better side than this
display showed; however this was down to an all action Ballydonoghue
side who were rampant giving a superb display of all thats good in
attacking and defending football. There is one thing certain though
and that is this young Ballydonoghue side who have been so successful
at underage level and now bears the fruit of all those underage
coaches that brought them along and will be a force to be reckoned
with for the future.

FIXTURES.  In the Under 21 North Kerry Championship; sponsored by

Round pencilled in for Saturday January 7th .  Duagh will be the
venue.
