Asdee 0-6 Scartaglin 0-12.
Our senior footballers travelled to Scartaglin on Sunday last and after a good competitive contest Scart proved the deserving victors on the day.
The home team were quick off the mark and by the 12th minute had gone 3pts to 1pt ahead. This trend continued for the remainder of this half. A missed penalty midway through the half failed to dampen their spirits as the led; 5pts to 3pts at the break.
On resumption the home team continued to control but in fairness Asdee never gave up and ploughed away till the end despite been second best.
Overall Asdee can feel satisfied with their display as they were very much the underdogs against a much more seasoned outfit whose scorers came from Eddie Horan, John Walsh, Niall Casey, Padraig Reidy and Brian Hanrahan.

Congrats
Congratulations to Asdees Oisin Healy who made his debut on the Kerry Minor football team on Thursday evening last May 11th in the Quarter Final of the Munster Minor Championship played at Pairc Ui Chaoimh.
Oisin came on in the 47th minute and showed a few nice touches.
