Annual General Meeting,
The 33rd Annual General Meeting of St. Marys Asdee GAA Club took
place at the Community Centre on Saturday evening last January 12th that saw a good sized attendance. Prior to the meeting getting
Chairman, Sean Doran welcomed all to the meeting and thanked everybody for their wonderful support once again during the year past with a special mention to our many sponsors and especially Jerry and Claire O Mahony, of Brandon Products, Kilcolman. Secretary, Mark Hanlon gave a detailed account of the Clubs activities on and off the field during the year;
He went on to state that It was a busy year for the Club yet again having teams in all competition in North Kerry and in the County competitions with Seniors, Minors, Under 21s,Coiste Na Nog, Cumbann Na Bun Scoil and local Blitzs; it was a very successful year on the field of play despite having not won any silverware as the Seniors were in the playoff for promotion in the County League, pipped at the post for a place in the North Senior Football Championship quarter finals by Finuge along with representation at all levels with Shannon Rangers.

MEMBERSHIP. Membership of the Club is now open so anybody who would like to take out membership can do so by contacting Club Registrar,Kevin Mulvihill,. Adults E20, Seniorf Citizens and Under Age E10. It is important to note that Membership of the Club will close on Sunday March 31st and this will be strictly adhered to. Only fully paid up members will be in line for any match tickets that the Club may aquire.
Scor. The County Final of Coiste Scor Chiarrai Quiz will take place in the Centre of excellence, Currow on this
North Kerry Board. The North Kerry Football Board will hold their Annual General Meeting on Tuesday January 22nd and will take place at “Christys The Well Bar” with a starting time of 8pm. Local Club will have their delegates in attendance.
