UNDER 12s. Asdee/Bally made the short trip to O Sullivan Park, Finuge on Monday evening last in the North Kerry League to take on Finuge. However despite giving their all the combination side met a very strong and talented Finuge side who dominated from start to finish and were full value for their convincing victory.  Asdee/Bally did finish strong and with under 10 minutes left for play but unfortunately it was never going to be enough to win the game because the gap in the scores were much too wide. Asdee/Bally 4-2  Finuge 5-22. Team and scores; Sean O Connor, 1pt, Jack Hannon, Ross O Neill, Dan O Neill, Liam Hanrahan, Nancy Dee, Abby Collins, Ruby Keane, Grace Heffernan, Liam Walsh, Patrick Mulvihill, 3-1, Roisin Fogarty,  Cathal Byrne, Pauric Fogarty, 1gl, Fionn Byrne. UNDER 16s. Asdee/Bally booked their place in the Division 7 County Under 16 football semi final against Tarbert/Moyvane on this Wednesday evening at Brosnan Park, Moyvane with a magnificent team performance against a fancied John Mitchels “B” side played at Walsh Park, Asdee on Wednesdayevening last in difficult weather conditions. Without doubt this was probably their best performance of the campaign and from the goalie Ciarain Griffin who kept his goal intact to corner forward Liam Mulvihill who got a hat-trick of goals it was a star studded display. At the break it was Asdee/Bally 5-1 John Mitchels “B” 0-9 and again in the second half it was more of the same with some delightful scores registered. A little bit of indicpline crept in towards the end with the home side and Brendan Keane was black carded and Liam Mulvihill went for an early shower after receiving a second yellow. This helped the visitors to get back into the game and close the gap with some scores. However they were never allowed get too close and that fighting spirit shown by the combination side who refused to give an inch as that semi final place was all that was on their minds. Final Score; Asdee/Bally 6-5  John Mitchels “B” 0-14.
