County League
Our senior footballers have excelled in their Credit Union Senior County League, Division 5 campaign to date finishing in the top 4 in phase 1 and have now qualified for the Cup series in the second Phase of Division 5. The team will have four games to play, Duagh, Moyvane, Finuge, & Lispole. Moyvane will be our first game on this Sunday June 11th at Con Brosnan Park, Moyvane.
Golden Goal
The clubs Golden Goal fundraising competition continues each week until the All-Ireland football final on Sunday July 30th. Weekly entry €2, with prizemoney €40 each week to the winning numbers. Purchase from John Pius Walsh, Shop, Kevin Mulvihill. Patsy Coughlan or John Joe O Carroll. This week’s winners were; Lar Breen, Gullane, Kathleen Carmody, Larha, John Paul Galvin, Tullahinell.
Munster Final
Congratulations to Oisin Healy who played an important part in the Kerry Minor footballers Munster Final victory over Cork at Austin Stack, Park, Tralee on Friday evening last. Kerry’s next opponents will be Kildare in the All-Ireland Quarter Final this weekend.
Night at the Dogs
Shannon Rangers GAA Club have organised a Night of the Dogs at the Kingdom Greyhound Stadium, Tralee on this Friday June 9th. Tickets cost E10 each with the winner of the combination receiving €500 and includes your entry on the night. It promises to be a most enjoyable evening with tickets available from local club officers involved, Asdee, Ballylongford, Ballydonoghue, Tarbert, Beale and Ballyduff.
