ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING. The St. Marys, Asdee G A A Clubs A G M will take place in the Community Centre on this Saturday January 9th with a starting time of 8pm. Nominations and Motions to be with the Secretary Mark O Hanlon on or before this Thursday January 7th. This year like at all A G Ms the way is clear for anybody out there to contest any position in the club if they so wish.

In fairness to all our supporters they are 100% behind the club and would be more than welcome to contest any position if they so wish as it would be always for the betterment of the club as new faces and ideas are always welcome which can keep every Officer and member on their toes So new members are always welcome and if going forward for a position in the Club one must be present at the meeting otherwise it will be a wasted nomination.

This is the rule and will be strictly adhered to. Everybody invited so come along and air your views all for the betterment of our club aged 29 years. Like all our A. G. M.s all business will be completed within one hour,

FUNDRAISERS. The Club held two very successful Fundraisers recently and on behalf of the Club we would like to thank everybody who contributed to both to the Quiz and the Christmas Draw both locally and outside the Parish. Again our many Sponsors once again came up trumps; especially for our Christmas Draw where we had for first prize a E150 hamper which was won by Brian Enright of Dromerin, Listowel. There were plenty other prizes raffled on the night so once again a huge thank you to everybody and not forgetting Maria of “Jack J’s” Bar for her hospitality.
